Chaney spent over 20 years in fine dining and hospitality before transitioning into real estate a decade ago. Those years taught me that true service isn't just about meeting needs; it’s about anticipating them and honoring the "soul" of every connection. My 17 years as a yoga instructor have further shaped my approach, allowing me to bring a sense of calm, mindfulness, and grounded authority to what can often be a stressful process.

Victor, brings a lifetime of grit and dedication to our team. With 20 years as a business owner in the plumbing industry and over 25 years as a full-time professional firefighter, he understands the meaning of "home" from the inside out—protecting families and building the infrastructure that keeps a community running.

Our sons, Wyatt and Cale, are the heartbeat of our world, and the deep, unbreakable bond we share with them is the greatest project we will ever work on.

We’ve raised our boys with the belief that a life well-lived is one spent with dirt under your fingernails and kindness in your heart. This is why you’ll often find them right beside us, folding themselves into the rhythm of our daily lives. Whether they are helping a client with yardwork, installing signs, or handling the "heavy lifting" behind the scenes, they do it because we’ve taught them that no job is too small when you’re helping someone find their way home.

Wyatt heading off to the University of Idaho was a milestone that filled us with immense pride. As he dives into the worlds of Business and Fire Science, he carries with him the same protective, hardworking spirit he’s shown since he was small. Even from campus, he remains a vital part of our circle, reminding us that no matter how far they roam, the connection stays just as strong.

Cale, still at home, keeps our spirits high and our days full. Whether he’s at Washougal High School giving it his all on the baseball diamond and the golf course, or out on the family farm tending to the land, he is the definition of "all-in." He even keeps us modern, lending his creative eye to our social media, bridging the gap between the traditions of the farm and the world of today.

Our "Why" is found in the quiet conversations after a long day’s work and the shared pride of seeing our sons grow into men of character. We don’t just want to build a business; we want to model for Wyatt and Cale what it means to lead with integrity and love.
